Technical development partner responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining LILI's legal technology projects, including the Liberian Legal Assistant AI Tool and Telecom Legal Awareness Service. Also provides technical training and ongoing support.
The Liberia Institute for Legal Innovation (LILI) partners with Protranslex, a specialized language and advisory institution, and AI solutions institution, to deliver high-quality legal and judicial translation services alongside strategic program implementation. Together, the two institutions support capacity-building and reform initiatives in complex technical areas such as anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CFT), and financial integrity frameworks, ensuring that legal, regulatory, and policy materials are accurately translated, technologically enhanced, and effectively contextualized. Beyond language services, the partnership also leverages artificial intelligence tools and digital solutions to improve legal research, knowledge management, and institutional efficiency within justice and governance systems. This collaboration builds on a history of professional engagement between the leadership of both institutions and reflects a shared commitment to strengthening rule of law systems through precise communication and expert-driven programming.
